Sales Support

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sales documents, proposals, and presentations for clients.
• Handle client queries, follow-ups, and provide after-sales support.
• Coordinate with sales executives, marketing, finance, logistics, and partner organizations to fulfill client requirements.
• Manage and update CRM systems, track leads, and monitor sales activities.
• Conduct research on markets, competitors, and customer needs to support sales strategies.
• Assist in order processing, invoicing, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
• Support sales managers by creating technical offers and providing visibility on the sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain systems for effective communication across different business units.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Instrumentation.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
