Business Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance product outcomes
• Maintain product backlogs and track tasks using JIRA
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely feature delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience as a Business Analyst in a tech-driven environment
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for backlog and sprint management
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and AWS is a plus
• Background in insurance, wealth management, or financial services is an advantage
