Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree

    in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or any related discipline.
  • MBA / PGDM

    in Sales, Marketing, or Operations will be an added advantage.
  • Relevant certifications in

    Sales Operations / CRM / MIS

    are a plus.
  • 6-10 years

    of relevant experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, textile or FMCG industry preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with sales teams, customers, and internal departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact between sales team, customers, and internal departments.
  • Follow up on orders, dispatch schedules, deliveries, and payments.
  • Assist sales executives with customer queries, product information, and order status updates.
  • Coordinate meetings, sales calls, and follow-ups.
  • post-sales coordination with sales team regarding target vs Achievement
  • Ensure timely communication regarding order confirmations, delivery timelines, and changes.
  • Support customer relationship management and retention activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
  • Track sales targets, achievements, pending orders, and collections.
  • Maintain databases and dashboards for management review.
  • Maintain proper documentation and PPT internal reviews.
  • Support sales promotions, tenders, and marketing activities when required.
  • Maintain sales records, price lists, contracts, and customer master data.
