Job Description

  • Title of the Position: Sales Support Administrator
  • Work Location: Mangalore (Work from Office)
  • Shifts: UK shift
  • Immediate Joiners

Role & responsibilities

  • Quotations on both standard and non-standard products
  • Proactively chase quote approvals and orders out for signature
  • Placing orders via ServiceNow
  • Obtaining quotes from external suppliers
  • Maintain CRM database
  • Managing Outlook mailboxes
  • Support the Account Manager role within the Virtual Account team

Preferred candidate profile

  • Knowledge of MS Applications
  • Experience of and comfort with CRM applications
  • Excellent administration and coordination skills
  • Practical experience with ServiceNow CRM is an advantage
  • Previous administration experience in a similar role preferred
  • Industry product and service knowledge preferred
  • Understanding of the IT industry sales channel
