Job Summary:

Sales Strategy Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with overall business goals and market trends.
Analyze sales data, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with sales leadership to set targets, quotas, and incentive programs that motivate performance.
Design and optimize sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead cross-functional projects involving marketing, product, and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies.
Provide regular reporting and forecasts on sales performance, pipeline health, and strategic initiatives.
Support sales training and enablement programs to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
Identify gaps and recommend improvements in CRM usage, sales tools, and data quality.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies that could impact sales strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
