About the Role:


Are you an ambitious MBA graduate eager to make a real impact in a fast-growing

organization? We are looking for a Sales Strategy Executive to join our Pune office

and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our sales initiatives. This is not just

another sales role—you will work closely with leadership, drive strategic decisions,

and gain end-to-end exposure to modern sales processes, client acquisition, and

business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute sales strategies to identify, engage, and convert high-value clients.
  • Handling key presales and sales strategies and ensuring timely execution.
  • Research, qualify, and generate leads using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other modern tools.
  • Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns via email and other platforms.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize messaging, outreach, and overall strategy.
  • Contribute to the organization’s growth roadmap by providing strategic recommendations based on market insights.


Who We Are Looking For:


  • MBA from top B-schools (IIMs, SP Jain, Symbiosis)
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, email outreach, and modern lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or strategy is a plus.
