Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Coimbatore as a Sales Specialist for Static Storage and Racking Systems. The responsibilities include managing end-to-end sales activities, identifying potential customers, providing product training, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be involved in building strong relationships, executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and proactive engagement with clients.


Location- Coimbatore, Kerala and South Tamil Nadu


Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Production/Mechanical/Industrial/ Civil) – Essential and PG in Management – Optional.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales of Industrial products with good geographical knowledge. (+2 Years for Diploma Candidates)
  • Experience in storage solutions (OR) material handling equipment’s (MHE) background will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in B2B sales, Technical / Solutions / Projects Sales ops.
  • Skills –Strong Interpersonal, Presentation and Negotiation Skills & Self-Driven.
  • Communication Skills: English & Tamil – Mandatory Optional (Hindi & Malayalam)


Responsibilities

  • Assigned Territory business planning and objective achievement.
  • Enquiry generation and order conversion – Operations execution, monitoring, and Control
  • Key account management (Strategic Accounts Direct Handling)
  • Channel Management and business generation (Channel Appointment, Development and Management)
  • Team Direction & Guidance
  • Commercial hygiene – Working Capital Management
  • Territorial contribution
  • Market intelligence and reporting.
  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Ensure documentation, reporting and review of reports related to sales.
  • Coordination with all Internal Stake Holders (Design, Planning, Projects, Finance, etc.,)
