Role Overview: As a Sales Specialist for Static Storage and Racking Systems at Craftsman Storage Solutions, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales activities, identifying potential customers, providing product training, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve building strong relationships, executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and proactive engagement with clients. This is a full-time on-site role based in Coimbatore. Key Responsibilities: - Assigned Territory business planning and objective achievement - Enquiry generation and order conversion - Operations execution, monitoring, and control - Key account management (Strategic Accounts Direct Handling) - Channel Management and business generation - Team Direction and Guidance - Commercial hygiene and Working Capital Management - Territorial contribution - Market intelligence and reporting - Customer Satisfaction - Ensure documentation, reporting, and review of reports related to sales - Coordination with all Internal Stakeholders (Design, Planning, Projects, Finance, etc.) Qualification Required: - Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Production/Mechanical/Industrial/Civil) is essential, PG in Management is optional - Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales of Industrial products with good geographical knowledge (Diploma candidates require +2 years additional experience) - Experience in storage solutions or material handling equipment background is an added advantage - Experience in B2B sales, Technical/Solutions/Projects Sales operations - Skills in Strong Interpersonal, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills, Self-Driven - Mandatory Communication Skills in English and Tamil, Optional in Hindi and Malayalam Craftsman Storage Solutions is a leading manufacturer of high-quality storage solutions tailored for various industries.
