9.    Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

1.    Bachelor’s degree in any stream

2.    2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT, infrastructure, or hospitality sector.

3.    Strong understanding of IT infrastructure solutions and industry trends.

4.    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5.    Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

6.    Experience using CRM tools is a plus

7.    Prior experience selling IT solutions to real estate developers, hospitality groups, or facility management companies.

8.    Understanding of smart building technologies, IoT, and automation.

9.    Established network in the infrastructure or hospitality industry.
