Sales Specialist

As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets. You’ll play a key role in lead generation, client conversions, and promoting the firm’s services through on-ground marketing and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial segments.

• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and convert leads into confirmed projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and vendors.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies (offline) to increase visibility and sales.

• Coordinate with the design team to prepare project proposals, quotations, and presentations.

• Prepare and maintain sales reports and client databases.

• Attend exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings to represent the brand.

• Conduct market research to track competitor activities and industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
