Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Manager located in Malda. The Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day team operations, ensuring adherence to organizational goals, and driving team productivity. Key tasks include setting objectives, monitoring performance, providing guidance, handling escalations, and fostering a collaborative environment for team success. Additionally, the Team Manager will play an active role in training staff and implementing process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications

Team leadership and staff management skills, including the ability to set goals, resolve conflicts, and mentor team members.
Operational and organizational skills, including process optimization and performance tracking.
Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and handle client or stakeholder interactions effectively.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address team challenges and enhance workflows.
Proficiency in technology and tools relevant to team management and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required; prior experience in a managerial role is highly desirable.
