Utilizing Data Analytics and VR tools, Square Yards aims to innovate the traditional marketplace ecosystem and establish the first MLS in India, along with scaling its B2C platforms such as Azuro, Interior Company, and Square Capital.* 5 Days Working Only .

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Noida. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for daily customer interactions, identifying sales opportunities, and closing sales. They will provide exceptional customer service, engage in effective communication with clients, and participate in sales training sessions. The role will also involve sales management tasks to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
Ability to train and mentor new sales team members
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
Experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
