Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in Surat, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, managing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales. The role involves creating and implementing sales strategies, delivering training to customers on product use, and providing excellent customer service to maintain long-term partnerships. Collaboration with internal teams to improve sales processes and meet sales targets is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including developing strategies, executing plans, and achieving targets.
Ability to provide Training to clients on product features, ensuring they understand and effectively use the solutions provided.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and data analysis for developing actionable insights.
Experience in the industrial or technology sector, particularly in industries such as manufacturing, infrastructure, or utilities, is a plus.
