As a Showroom Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our retail team dedicated to showcasing and selling premium electric scooters. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing them with expert guidance on our range of electric scooter models that best suit their commuting needs. You will be expected to demonstrate the features of our electric scooters comprehensively, including performance metrics, battery life, smart connectivity options, safety features, and environmental benefits. Staying informed about our product offerings, pricing, warranty terms, financing choices, and ongoing promotions is essential to assist customers effectively throughout their decision-making process. Conducting test rides and ensuring that customers receive proper safety instructions are pivotal aspects of your role. From the initial inquiry to the final purchase and beyond, you will guide customers seamlessly through the sales process, maintaining detailed records of leads, inquiries, and completed sales using our showroom's CRM or POS system. Your commitment to follow up with potential leads and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals will be highly valued. Collaborating closely with our technical and service teams will ensure that customers experience a smooth delivery process and receive excellent after-sales support. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the showroom's cleanliness, organization, and ensuring that it is well-stocked with product literature and accessories to enhance the overall customer experience. This is a full-time position that requires your presence in person at our showroom location.
