Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Showroom Sales Specialist to join our retail team, focused on selling premium electric scooters . As the front-line representative of our brand, you will provide expert guidance, demonstrate vehicle features, and deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives sales and builds long-term customer loyalty. Welcome walk-in customers and engage them with a professional and approachable attitude. Understand customer commuting needs and recommend the right electric scooter models. Present and demonstrate scooter features including performance, battery life, smart connectivity, safety features, and eco-benefits. Stay up to date with all product offerings, pricing, warranty details, financing options, and promotions. Conduct test rides and ensure proper safety instructions are provided. Guide customers through the sales process from inquiry to purchase and post-sale support. Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and closed sales using showroom CRM or POS system. Follow up with prospects and previous buyers to promote repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with technical and service staff to ensure seamless delivery and after-sales support. Keep the showroom clean, well-organized, and stocked with product literature and accessories.
