Responsible for generating revenue through direct sales, managing client relationships, and assisting in achieving the company’s sales targets. The role involves identifying potential customers, presenting real estate projects, negotiating deals, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Key
• Track record of successfully driving the entire sales journey, from identifying leads to finalizing high-value transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, institutional investors, and corporate clients.
• Present and position investment-led propositions confidently, including detailed financial models.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, finance) to align strategies and deliverables.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets for marquee commercial projects.
• Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to advise clients effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and underwriting experience—assured returns, NPV, IRR, cap rates
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead gen to closure
• Confident in presenting investment-led propositions to HNIs and institutional client.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience with a leading Gurgaon developer
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Leadership qualities to manage client relationships and sales teams (for senior roles)
