Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Noida. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, presenting appropriate real estate solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will be involved in training sessions, helping to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensuring that all sales activities align with the company's ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Capability to conduct Training sessions
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Noida is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
