Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales thru leads, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include customer service, providing detailed information about properties, arranging site visits, and following up with potential clients. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for training new sales team members and assisting in sales management activities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Proven experience in Sales and achieving sales targets
• Ability to oversee Sales Management and conduct Training sessions for new team members
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the luxury real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
