Job Description

We’re on the hunt for a Sales Executive who thrives in the exciting world of Corporate Gifting. As a key member of our dynamic team, you’ll be a driving force in expanding our reach and delivering exceptional gifting solutions. We’re looking for someone who isn’t just interested in sales but is passionate about fostering meaningful connections with clients, developing an effective pipeline, and taking customer relationships to the next level. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, and always looking for new and creative ways to connect with potential clients, while maintaining and nurturing our current partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and nurture leads, building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Client Engagement: Manage meetings, follow-ups, and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Tailored Solutions: Present personalised gifting solutions, prepare quotes, and close deals.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts.
  • Continuous Innovation: Contribute ideas to enhance our gifting services and stay ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Relationship Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2-3 years in corporate gifting or B2B sales.
  • Strong experience in business development, lead prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and meet targets.

Skills & Abilities

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Strong email communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
