Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Raipur. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves training new team members and contributing to the development of sales strategies and processes.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in Training team members and developing sales strategies
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
