We are on a mission to transform how businesses go digital, and we’re looking for energetic Sales Interns who can help bring more clients into our ecosystem. Job Description We are seeking a Sales Intern who is passionate about technology and sales. You will work closely with our Business Development and Marketing teams to identify leads, pitch IT services, and convert them into deals. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calls, LinkedIn, social media, emails). Understand client requirements and pitch suitable IT services (Web, Mobile App, Cloud, DevOps, etc.). Schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and support the deal closure process. Maintain a database of potential leads and client communication using CRM tools. Work with marketing to run small outreach campaigns. Perks & Incentives ₹5,000 per month fixed stipend. Commission on every project/deal closed — no cap! Special bonus for high-value clients. Internship Certificate after 3 months. Deal Closure Certificate for each successful client acquisition. Opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance. Requirements Strong communication and convincing skills. Basic understanding of IT services (we'll train you). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven. Good command of English and any regional language. Freshers and final-year students are welcome. Bonus Points Prior experience in telesales or IT service sales. Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach software.
