You are an experienced and motivated Sales Executive with a background in selling software and IT services solutions, specifically to banks and financial institutions. Your role involves acquiring new logos and building and maintaining client relationships. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying key decision-makers, presenting tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams for successful project delivery. It is essential to stay updated with industry trends, prepare compelling sales presentations, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements. To qualify for this position, you need a Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 10-15 years of sales experience focusing on software and IT services solutions for Banks and the Financial Industry. You should have a proven track record of success in selling cloud & on-premise technology solutions, understanding hyper-scalers, Digital Transformation solutions, Managed Services, and AI-based solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite are required.,
