We’re building a high-impact sales team for a fast-growing global business, and we’re looking
for a world-class B2B Sales Executive who thrives on identifying new opportunities, forging
meaningful relationships, and closing high-value deals in the U.S. market.
You will play a foundational role in shaping our outbound growth motion, combining sharp
prospecting skills, persuasive storytelling, and relentless execution to drive qualified pipeline
and revenue. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rocket-ship team that rewards

s● Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation to qualification to closure
.● Identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients across the U.S., focusing on SMB
,mid-market, and enterprise segments
.● Drive outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other modern channels
.● Build a high-quality pipeline and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets
.● Deliver tailored presentations and product walkthroughs to decision-makers, L&D heads
,and C-suite leaders
.● Navigate complex sales conversations using MEDDIC, Challenger, or BAN
Tmethodologies
.● Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to refin
emessaging, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue
.● Maintain detailed and accurate CRM hygiene
.● Provide timely insights and feedback from the market to inform product and GT

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experien
ce.● 3–7 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably selling to U.S.-based clients wit
h a100%+ quota achieveme
nt.● Prior experience in SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise learning & development sal
es.● Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and closing new log
os.● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with native-level fluency in Engli
sh.● Strong commercial acumen, objection-handling, and negotiation skil
ls.● Track record of influencing CXOs, VP-level stakeholders, and enterprise buye
rs.● Comfortable working U.S. hours (night shift from Gurgao
n).● Self-starter who thrives in high-growth, unstructured environmen
ts.● Ability to work in a hybrid setup (2–3 days/week from our office on Golf Course Ro
