You will be responsible for managing sales for regional operations within the Animal Health Division. Your main objective will be to consolidate regional operations into a profitable venture by leading, guiding, and developing the Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Veterinary Sales Officers (VSOs). Your duties will include hiring ASMs and VSOs to complete the expansion program by the end of 2017 and achieving the set sales and collection targets in all states. It is essential to have strong contacts and a positive reputation in the industry. Your key responsibilities will include managing, directing, and guiding the VSOs, overseeing all activities in your region, mentoring the team to maintain professionalism in customer interactions, devising effective sales strategies, ensuring business revenue and efficient collections, appointing competent stockists, monitoring their performance through VSOs, tracking competitor activities, and providing updates to the product development and marketing team. You will also be responsible for monthly sales planning and forecasting for all regions, strategizing for institutional business participation, organizing launch events for new products or expansions, and performing any other sales-related tasks assigned by management.
