Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bioprocess Sales professional based in Hyderabad. The Bioprocess Sales associate will manage client relationships, generate leads, and drive sales to meet business objectives. Daily tasks include strategizing and executing sales plans, providing product training to clients, offering customer service and technical support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. The candidate will also play a key role in identifying market trends and contributing to continuous business growth.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve queries.
• Proven experience in Sales, including lead generation, product promotion, and meeting targets.
• Strong expertise in Training and Sales Management to guide teams and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to dynamic client requirements.
• Understanding of the biopharma industry and technical knowledge of bioprocessing equipment is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent professional qualification is advantageous.
