Job Title: Sales Site Head Company: Mittal Brothers Location: Baner Industry: Real Estate โ€“ Commercial Projects Job Description: Mittal Brothers is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Site Head to lead and manage our commercial sales operations on site. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in commercial real estate sales along with strong team leadership, administrative skills, and CRM management. Key Responsibilities: Drive commercial unit sales by converting qualified leads and achieving monthly & quarterly targets. Source and manage Channel Partners (CPs), generate leads through CP network, and ensure effective closure. Lead and mentor the on-site sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. Manage client relationships from inquiry to possession using CRM systems. Coordinate administrative responsibilities including documentation, fund collections, and coordination with backend support. Strategize and execute site-level sales plans in alignment with company goals. Handle walk-ins and ensure site is sales-ready at all times. Generate daily/weekly reports and share insights with senior management. Requirements: Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred. Minimum 8โ€“10 years of experience in commercial real estate sales. Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
