Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales & Service Engineer. The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for visiting customer sites to provide technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of metrology and inspection equipment. Additionally, the role will involve conducting field service visits, presenting solutions to clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Effective communication with clients and the internal team to address customer needs and feedback will also be an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
Field Service experience, including the ability to work at customer sites and provide on-the-spot solutions.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide clear explanations and technical assistance.
Proficiency in Technical Support, Maintenance, and Repair of metrology equipment.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields preferred.
Willingness to travel and work on-site at customer locations in Bengaluru and surrounding regions.
Previous experience in metrology, quality control, or related technical roles is advantageous.
