Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities Generate new leads and develop customer base Understand customer needs and recommend suitable installation solutions Prepare quotations and follow up for order confirmation Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution Maintain strong relationships with customers Service & Installation Responsibilities Perform on-site installation and commissioning of equipment Provide after-sales service and technical support Attend service calls and troubleshoot technical issues Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance Train customers on equipment operation and safety Skills & RequirementsBasic knowledge of electrical / mechanical systems Understanding of installation tools and safety practices Good communication and customer-handling skills Ability to read manuals, drawings, and layouts Willingness to travel for site installations Basic computer skills (email, reports, CRM) Qualification & ExperienceDiploma / ITI / Technical qualification preferred Experience in sales, installation, or service is an advantage Freshers with technical knowledge can apply Key AttributesProblem-solving mindset Time management skills Team coordination ability Customer-oriented approach
