• Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions from Kailas Engineering’s extensive product portfolio.
• Assist in preparing tailored proposals and quotations.
• Support demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with processors, manufacturers, and other industry clients.
• Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and opportunities, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Collect and analyze market feedback to help shape sales strategies.
• Coordinate with the internal engineering, production, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for regional leadership.
• Stay updated on regional trends in food processing, competition, and customer needs.
• Attend industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions to represent Kailas Engineering and generate leads.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry best practices.
• Uphold the image and reputation of Kailas Engineering in every client interaction.
• MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field (Freshers Welcome).
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Science preferred but not mandatory.
• 0–2 years in B2B technical sales, preferably in industrial products, machinery, or food/agro processing sector (Internships/projects count).
• Strong communication ( Preferable for Bengali Language ) or Preferable language Eastern & North Eastern State of India, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• High motivation to learn technical products and solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge a plus.
