Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Lead Conversion: Effectively convert qualified leads into sales, meeting or exceeding set targets. 2. Client Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. 3. Negotiation: Conduct negotiations, prepare proposals, and finalize contracts with clients to secure business deals. 4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. 5. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement. 6. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, outlining achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
