Job Summary

We are looking for 3d Senior Interior Designers to undertake a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders. The goal is to design practical but yet visually pleasing designs.

Responsibilities :

● Create concept presentations / mood boards for clients

● Work closely with the management teams in the preparation of 3D interior and exterior visualization

● Understand the concepts and initial design intent and apply this into a graphic representation.

● Prepare 3D designs as per client’s choice

● Develop and maintain a software library suitable for rendering needs and applications.

● Explore new technologies and software to expand services, improve the quality of visualisations and

increase efficiency. This is likely to include new 3D software, rendering engines, formats and assets, as well as emerging trends such as virtual reality.

● Co-ordinate with 2D team for project drawings

● Mentor new team members

● Take initiatives for company growth

Requirements :

● Proven working experience in designing interior spaces, minimum 2 to 3 years of experience.

● Experience in the use of Procreate - I pad or Sketch Up, 3D Max, AutoCAD, rendering software is essential.

● Fully conversant in using and creating modelling from sketches and elevations, and creative eye for detail with great designing sense is required.

● Excellent portfolio of previous works

● Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative internal and external working relationships and to work alongside clients to deliver innovative design solutions.

● High professional integrity.

● Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and to respond proactively as and when required.

● Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines.

● Ability to be proactive, to use initiative and to work autonomously. Excellent attention to detail.

● Good awareness of design trends and creative thinking. Creative, with a high degree of flexibility.

● Problem-solving skills.

● Should be able to do networked or clustered or cloud rendering for higher and faster efficiency.

● Creative talent, imagination and eye for design

● Communication and presentation skills

● Ready to learn new designing software

● BS degree in Interior Design or B. Arch or similar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
