Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across target markets Understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions that address their needs Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and pricing quotations Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer success) to align sales efforts Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs Maintain CRM records with accurate client and deal information Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 2+ years of experience in B2B/solution sales (preferably tech, SaaS, or service industry) Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required
