Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

  :
• Identify and target potential customers in industries such as automotive, telecommunications, and consumer electronics.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their technical and business needs.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.

• Sales and Revenue Growth

  :
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets for semiconductor products.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability.

• Market Research and Analysis

  :
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demands for active and passive components.

• Technical Support and Collaboration

  :
• Work closely with the engineering and technical support teams to address customer inquiries about product specifications, applications, and performance.
• Assist clients in selecting the right semiconductor components for their applications.

• Reporting and Documentation

  :
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.

Skills

• Strong understanding of semiconductor products and their use in various industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of active and passive semiconductor components and their applications is highly desirable.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
• Valid drivers license (if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Established network of contacts in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
• Experience working with OEMs, distributors, or contract manufacturers.
• Familiarity with industry standards and certifications related to semiconductor components.
