Sales and Revenue Growth : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets for semiconductor products. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability. Market Research and Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demands for active and passive components. Technical Support and Collaboration : Work closely with the engineering and technical support teams to address customer inquiries about product specifications, applications, and performance. Assist clients in selecting the right semiconductor components for their applications. Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management. Skills : Strong understanding of semiconductor products and their use in various industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently. Experience : 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry. Knowledge of active and passive semiconductor components and their applications is highly desirable. Additional Requirements : Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Valid drivers license (if applicable). Preferred Qualifications: Established network of contacts in the electronics or semiconductor industry. Experience working with OEMs, distributors, or contract manufacturers. Familiarity with industry standards and certifications related to semiconductor components.
