We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Chennai. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building client relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving business growth.
Role Description
As a Sales Representative, you will:
Identify and engage potential clients to expand our customer base.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
Meet clients to understand requirements and present our product offerings.
Negotiate and close contracts to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team on sales strategies.
Provide feedback to support product development.
Work closely with clients on requirements gathering and ensure their needs are met.
You can also learn the technology when working in sales if you are more interested to be in the part of the tech team.
Qualifications
Fresher or experienced candidates with proven sales ability are welcome.
Strong understanding of sales processes, market research, and strategy.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Exposure in CRM tools and sales software but no compulsory
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any field
Prior experience in the IT industry is a plus.
