Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is a field-based role where you'll be actively engaging with building owners, engineers, architects, and site managers to promote and sell our rolling shutter products. You’ll play a crucial role in generating leads, preparing quotations, and closing deals — all while enjoying uncapped earning potential through commissions. Key Responsibilities: Travel to construction sites, commercial buildings, and residential projects to meet potential clients. Build and maintain relationships with building owners, engineers, architects , and other decision-makers. Collect site requirements and prepare accurate quotations in coordination with the technical team. Follow up on submitted quotations to convert them into confirmed orders. Report on sales activity and client feedback to the management team regularly. What We Offer: ₹2,000 monthly petrol allowance to support travel costs. 5% commission on all successfully acquired quotations — with no cap on earnings.
