Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Mumbai. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong relationships with existing and potential customers, and explaining product features and benefits. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing product demonstrations, attending sales meetings, generating leads, following up on prospects, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to align customer needs with product offerings is also a critical part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, including experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Customer relationship management and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of medical devices or healthcare products is preferred but not mandatory
• Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage leads and sales pipelines effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel frequently for client meetings
• Previous experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry is an advantage
