Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and well-spoken Telecalling Executives to join our office team. Your role will involve communicating with clients, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and assisting our field sales team from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outgoing calls to distributors, chemists, and doctors for product promotion and follow-ups.
• Handle inquiries regarding PCD franchise opportunities, pricing, and product details.
• Share product catalogs, price lists, and promotional schemes with clients.
• Maintain records of conversations, leads, and follow-up schedules in CRM or Excel.
• Support field sales agents with coordination and backend communication.
• Answer incoming calls and resolve basic client queries professionally.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Prior experience in telecalling/sales support (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good spoken communication skills in Hindi & English
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Emails)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to multitask and work as a team

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
