Job Description

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various methods. Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Process Management: Following a structured sales process, including needs analysis, product demonstrations, and closing deals. Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding set sales quotas and targets. Market Research and Analysis: Understanding the competitive landscape and identifying market trends. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and forecasting future sales. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicating with customers, building rapport, and presenting products or services persuasively. Negotiation and Persuasion: Successfully negotiating deals and persuading customers to purchase products or services. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Administrative Tasks: Maintaining customer databases, preparing reports, and managing paperwork. Site Visits: Conducting site visits to collect data, provide support, and build relationships. Product Knowledge: Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the products or services being sold. Compliance: Adhering to company policies and procedures. Collaboration: Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and customer service. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Weekend only Work Location: On the road
