Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at A2E Hallways, you will play a crucial role in generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and showcasing our interior and exterior design services. Your dedication to understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction will be key in achieving our company sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client meetings. - Present and promote A2E Hallways interior and exterior design solutions to potential clients. - Collaborate with the design team to create customized proposals based on client requirements. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Cultivate strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. - Deliver engaging sales presentations, prepare quotations, and maintain follow-up communication. - Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer feedback. - Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and site visits. - Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. - Regularly update management on sales performance and market insights. Key Skills & Competencies: - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. - Knowledge of the interior & exterior design industry is advantageous. - Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills. - Proficient in presentation delivery and persuasion techniques. - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. - Familiarity with MS Office applications and basic reporting.
