Job Description

Role Overview:

end-to-end hiring

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment for sales positions
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales talent
Ensure timely closures and a great candidate experience
Track metrics and provide hiring updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

2-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in sales hiring
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkdIn, Job Fair , Campus Recruitment
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
