Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Quality Control Testing:
Conduct physical and chemical testing of products, ensuring they meet all necessary criteria. Perform regular audits and inspections.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all products manufactured meet the required quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement continuous improvements to the quality control processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
Compliance Management:
Ensure adherence to relevant industry regulations, standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO, GMP, FDA) and manage documentation.
Lead Audits:
Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, as well as ensure that corrective actions are implemented promptly.
Collaboration:
Work closely with production, R&D, and other departments to address and resolve any quality-related issues.
Training & Development:
Provide training to team members on quality control procedures, standards, and new technologies. Ensure staff adhere to best practices.

From Agrochemical Industries having the Knowledge of Formulation testing of Quality Control & Quality Assurance.
Being looking to Diversified Manpower Female candidate in preferred only.
