Assembly & Manufacturing Assemble EV chargers as per technical drawings and wiring diagrams. Mount and connect internal components such as PCBs, relays, contactors, and power modules. Perform cable harnessing, wiring, and secure internal routing. 2. Testing & Quality Control Conduct functional tests using tools such as multi-meter and load simulators. Verify communication protocols and charging operations. Record test results and assist in maintaining quality documentation. 3. Circuit Debugging & Troubleshooting Identify and diagnose faults using diagnostic tools like multi-meter and oscilloscopes. Repair or replace faulty components as per findings. Perform root cause analysis of recurring issues and suggest corrective actions. 4. Installation & Commissioning Install EV chargers at customer sites following electrical safety standards. Connect AC and DC lines, verify grounding, and configure settings. Conduct final site testing and assist in client handover.
