Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. The team helps assess, design, build and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology to create, execute, and run a collaborative sales and support roles. A set of techniques and processes that support defining a pricing strategy, creating a pricing model, and ensuring differentiated value for the opportunity pursuit. Leadership & People Management1. Experience in leading and mentoring rebate analysts, allocating workload, and monitoring performance2. Ability to coach team members to strengthen analytical and technical skills3. Proven track record of handling escalations, disputes, and stakeholder queriesAnalytical Skills1. Skilled in analyzing large datasets and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities2. Ability to develop financial models, simulations, and dashboards for rebate program monitoring3. Strong problem-solving skills to resolve data discrepancies and optimize rebate accuracy Rebate & Sales Knowledge1. Hands-on experience in designing and managing rebate programs aligned with KPIs2. Expertise in volume-based slabs, tiered discounts, and special incentive structures3. Strong understanding of accruals, validations, and payout cycles

Technical Proficiency1. Advanced Excel (LOOKUPs, Nested IFs, Pivot Tables, scenario modeling)2. Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to track performance and report trends - will be a value add3. Proficiency in ERP/CRM and rebate management platforms (SAP, Oracle, Vistex, ICM, Revitas) - will be a value addCommunication & Stakeholder Management1. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with sales, finance, and commercial stakeholders2. Ability to present complex rebate insights in a clear and concise manner for senior leadership3. Present insights and recommendations to influence business decisionsFinancial Accuracy & Compliance1. Ensure accruals, validations, and payouts align with accounting and audit requirements2. Maintain audit-ready documentation for rebate calculations3. Partner with compliance teams to manage risksCross-Functional Stakeholder Management1. Collaborate with sales, finance, and commercial leaders to align rebate strategy with business goals2. Provide data-driven insights to improve profitability and market competitivenessSystem & Process Optimization1. Oversee rebate management processes across ERP/CRM platforms2. Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and increase accuracyForecasting & Planning1. Provide rebate accrual forecasts and financial outlooks for planning cycles2. Conduct scenario modeling to evaluate new rebate structures or contract changesProject & Change Leadership1. Lead key projects such as rebate system transitions, new program launches, and process transformation initiatives.2. Manage stakeholder alignment, change management, and training efforts during new implementations.3. Represent the rebate function in governance forums and strategy discussions."
