What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine.The team helps assess, design, build and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology to create, execute, and run a collaborative sales and support roles.Architect master data solutions across platforms to consolidate content, synchronize data, provide centralized maintenance of unified data, enable rich product content management and print publishing as well as to synchronize global data ensuring consistency and control of master data elements. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of data operations with a focus on Master Data Management, maintaining high data quality standards, leading global teams, and serving as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
What are we looking for? 
Bachelors or Masters degree, with experience in Business, Data Management, or related field.812 years of overall experience in service delivery/operations; at least 35 years in Master Data Management, Customer Data, or related domains.Proven experience in managing cross-functional/global teams and running transitions or large-scale operations.Strong knowledge of MDM platforms (Informatica, SAP, Reltio, or similar), BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau), and workflow/ticketing systems.Familiarity with data governance, data quality frameworks, and ITIL/Agile delivery. Roles and Responsibilities:
 Service Delivery & OperationsOwn end-to-end delivery of MDM services, ensuring KPIs and SLAs (data quality, timeliness, backlog management) are consistently met.Team LeadershipLead, coach, and develop a global delivery team. Drive accountability, performance reviews, and career growth opportunities.Transition & StabilizationManage onboarding, transitions, and stabilizations of new processes/resources. Ensure knowledge transfer, minimize risks, and achieve quick stabilization.Governance & Client EngagementServe as the escalation point and lead governance forums. Partner with client stakeholders (e.g., Sales Ops, IT, Compliance) to align on strategy, resolve issues, and define success criteria.Continuous ImprovementIdentify automation opportunities, process efficiencies, and best practices to reduce manual work and enhance quality.Reporting & InsightsMaintain performance dashboards, report operational metrics, and provide insights to drive data-driven decision-making
