Job Description

Sales & process trainer Required Total Experience:- 2 - 5 years, as sales trainer. Actual automobile selling experience will be added advantage. Position reports to:- Head - Sales Training, CMB, through NIIT Ltd Location:- Bangalore/Chennai/ Madurai/Kochi Purpose of the role Responsible for installing and check / maintain sales process at all delerships and train the dealer sales team on product & process. Maintain database of dealer sales team, in terms of demographics, experience, skill levels, etc Role Description (List down 10 (max) discrete jobs in the order of priority):- Provide product sales and selling skills at new dealerships, by classroom and OJT Refresh product sales & selling skills at existing dealerships Demonstrate in real life situation, both walkin & outdoor and make dealer team gain skill, by constant OJT. Deliver new product launch sales training Install sales proess, including digital tools Conduct dealership audits on infrastructure and process (QLQD, etc) Help dealer in recruiting right sales executive, as and when needed Maintain dealer sales team database and training records Graduate (Engineering/Diploma preferred), male, and age between 2535 years.
