Job Overview

Sales & Customer Success Specialist

Full product training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct live product demos and clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships through the sales pipeline.
  • Close deals and hand over clients to the implementation team smoothly.
  • Support onboarding and implementation to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Maintain proper documentation of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and customer status.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to share customer feedback and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience in sales, customer success, software demos, or client onboarding.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and prioritize efficiently.
  • Preferably familiar with SaaS products or software solutions.
  • Willingness to work the night shift aligning with U.S. time zones.
