Role Overview: As the Sales Performance Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution side of our sales operation. Your main focus will be on managing the flow between deal qualification, proposal readiness, closer dispatch, and sales quality control. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires you to make fast, confident decisions in a high-volume environment where speed and accuracy are crucial for driving revenue.
