Job Description

As a Performance Data Analyst, your role involves ensuring all performance data for the sales arm is properly collected and maintained, and detailed insights are reported to senior management. Your responsibilities include: - Supporting in the design, operation, and enhancement of performance measurement and analytics capabilities across the sales function - Assisting in building performance management capabilities for the sales function and providing advice on best practices in line with industry/competitor practices - Supporting the development of performance measures in line with industry trends and practices; monitoring competitor performance and assessing its application in the organization's context - Ensuring the process for measuring criteria to analyze performance is compliant, precise, and in line with the functional and organizational goals - Assessing the overall performance in the organization and delivering key takeaways on a timely basis to drive improvement and growth in sales - Conducting deep dive analyses into select areas of growth, becoming the subject matter expert - Actively suggesting solutions and recommending a plan of action to improve sales performance - Participating in the development of the firm's performance goals and KPIs Additionally, any other additional responsibilities could be assigned to you from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. These responsibilities would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between you, your reporting officer, and HR. Skills required for this role include attention to detail, sales analysis, strategy & planning, accountability & ownership of tasks, proficiency in tools like SQL & PowerBI, good presentation skills, performance management, and stakeholder management. In terms of educational and experience requirements, the minimum education requirement is a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Sales/Marketing. The minimum experience requirement is 2-3 years of experience in performance management, sales, and data analysis. Prior experience in the aviation sector is considered an advantage for this role.,
