About the Role: We are looking for a Technical Architect with 10-12 years of experience in Digital Transformation and full-stack development. You will design and deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions in an Agile environment, driving technical excellence across projects. Key Responsibilities: Architect and develop full-stack applications supporting Sales Velocity initiatives. Lead requirement gathering, deployment, and maintenance of solutions. Apply Agile and Scrum practices for efficient delivery. Ensure adherence to code reviews, testing, and documentation standards. Design scalable and resilient systems. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams. Must-Have Skills: Strong experience in full-stack application development. Expertise in end-to-end solution delivery. Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Solid knowledge of code reviews, testing (unit, integration, automated), and documentation. Proven ability to architect scalable and resilient systems. Preferred: Experience with large-scale data processing, real-time systems, or Big Data. Relevant advanced degree or certifications.
